Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase
The item must be in brand new unworn condition with all original packaging included
Complaints will be accepted within 14 days of purchase
Complaints must be registered at customerservice@noorhayat.com
Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to failure to follow care or washing guidelines. (please refer to our care instructions on each hijab)
Customers are responsible for return package costs
